The first USB device was received with nothing but formatting on it. I called and spoke with a very nice young woman who took all the info and made arrangements to get a device with the training materials included sent to me. I’m happy I got the training materials, but a bit disappointed that it took ten days to get it. I guess I incorrectly expected it to arrive a few days sooner.

I just got mine and mine too was empty. It wasn’t even formatted. Just blank. Lets see how long it takes to get mine corrected.
